Shipping and Payment Policy
We follow a no questions asked returns policy for 7 Days from the date of delivery. We request you to intimate us the returns within 7 days from the date of delivery to our Customer care. We will arrange for the products to be collected from the delivery address through our courier partner. While we receive the returns from your end, in parallel we will arrange to resend the replacement at most priority. Products must be handed over to our courier partner in the same condition with the original unopened product package as it was delivered.
Manufacturing defects shall be reported to the respective manufacturers or contact the AVA Group customer care for further guidance.
